Writing to us
The only way to contact the CreditPauvre.com team is the following email address: info@creditpauvre.com.
To help us deal with your message, please state, if possible, the address of the page concerned and the subject of your request. We read every message, but response times may vary.
What CreditPauvre.com does
CreditPauvre.com is an independent information guide for people on low incomes. Its pages explain how credit works, the social support available and useful procedures in several countries.
The site grants no credit, collects no loan applications, is not an intermediary in banking transactions and does not put anyone in touch with a lender. We therefore cannot review a financing application or intervene with a bank, a social services body or a creditor.
Messages we can handle
- reports of inaccurate or outdated information;
- suggestions for a topic or for improving a guide;
- a technical problem on a page;
- a question about your personal data, in line with our privacy policy;
- a request relating to the site's legal notice.
If you are in difficulty
We are not able to provide individual help. If you are facing financial difficulties, contact the relevant services in your country: in France, the CAF, your local CCAS, a France Services centre or a social worker; in Belgium, the CPAS; elsewhere, your local social services. Organisations specialising in budget and debt advice can also support you free of charge.
Beware of impersonation
CreditPauvre.com will never contact you to offer a loan, will never ask you for fees and will never request your bank codes. Any such message claiming to come from the site is a scam attempt: do not reply and do not pass on any data.
